Luvvv this bike! It’s lightweight and easy to carry up and down my apartment stairs. I’m only 5 feet short and I have no problem with transporting the bike in my car. The bike rides smoothly on downhill trails and is easy to maneuver in the city. Gear shifting is easy too. This bike surpasses other bikes in the same price range. I am super happy with my new bike! Great Specs at this Price; Might Need to Size Down
Very happy with this bike. I'm a long time cycling enthusiast who doesn't trail ride very often and I bought this bike to be my one bike for many activities. Mostly commuting and greenway trails, but also some occasional technical MTB trails. I'd recommend this bike to anyone who wants to spend less than $1,500 but still have a very capable MTB.
At 5'9" I sized down and bought a size Medium on the advice of my local bike shop and I'm glad I did. I'm right in the middle of the range that…

Great beginner bike! Upgrade the pedals
I purchased this bike and I loved it... until I went on some mild off road trails. I originally did mostly paved with some gravel trails and flat offroad spots. It was great! The first time I took it on a wooded trail, labeled as an easy/beginner trail, I stripped my pedal/crank after catching it on a tree root. I had planned on replacing the pedals anyway but I instantly regretted not doing it a mile and a half into the first actual mountain biking trail when I had to walk the bike back.…

Solid Bike!
I bought this bike about nine months ago it’s very playful on the trails and climbs well, some thing I would want for a good Hardtail. Personally I would swap out some of the SX components for higher up stuff but it still works great would definitely recommend for a solid Hardtail. This bike is for someone who would want to be able to ride jumps, techy stuff, XC, and normal trail.

First 29er Hardtail
Bought this bike to step into the world of 29er hardtails, as a compliment to my Fuel EX. I primarily wanted a lower maintenance bike than the fuel to take on trips, ride with the kids, take camping, etc.

Nice bike, gears okay
I use this bike for mostly city riding. Some light grass and dirt sometimes.

Overall it’s a really nice bike. The gearing issues mentioned in other reviews is appearant though. I had a issue with 4th gear kept slipping. I’ve had two adjustments at the shop I bought I from (luckily comes with free service for a year). Let’s see how it holds up.

Besides that issue, overall I really do like this bike.

Terrific all around trail bike
This is a good all-around bike for trail riding given the solid components and geometry. Perfectly upgradeable if needed (tubeless, dropper, fork, boosted wheels). Have owned this bike for 2 months now and there isn't anything that it couldn't handle from steep graded climbs to 3' drops. If you do decide on adding a dropper, make sure to add a foam tube around the cables (in the downtube) to prevent rattling.
